A dirty little secret.....

....and more people are starting to find out about it

There is great wheeling on trail cuts and people typically do more wheeling than work. 8)

Add to that free lunch and how can you go wrong?

Saturday was a blast beating on the rental bobcat, doing wheel stands, getting it stuck, blowing beads, and leaving roads.....almost felt like a Deep Woods run

For anyone interested there are some people getting together at Field and Forest this Saturday for more trail cutting......then wheeling what was just cut.

If there is enough interest I can lead a group there this Sunday

barring a death in the family, or a thermonuclear war, I plan on being at the forest this weekend for the cut. :paul: :paul: :paul: :paul:

I hope everyone had as much fun as I did :) what a great group to spend a gorgeous summer day with!

I will be issuing a complete report within the next couple of days with maps and other details.

hoping to shedule another wheel n cut before mid-sept. I'll post soliciting dates very soon also. The important part is we need to wheel what we cut a couple more times this year to help keep the trails clear. Cutting more is just icing on the cake.

it was a great run and I think people learned a lot about the area and the great wheeling opportunities is has in store for us.

remember what happened tp your leg last winter, same thing but a little worse.
broke my leg, three fractures in all, problem is there was significant ligament damage. already had two surgeries, more to come.

Basically spun my foot 180 degrees

 I know the pain but luckily I only had one break

Nothing more shocking than seeing your leg and foot pointed in a direction it shouldn't be

Keep it up and stay off of it, especially when you've had a couple of beers
