Like I posted on NEOW. I can only give him the info, I can't tell him what to print. Where did you read it Ryan? It's not even on their site yet.

don't worry Dan, I don't think anyone is blaming you guys :)

journalists/articles are notoriously inaccurate

I figure if what they DID print was correct, we're doing pretty good!

congrats to NEWJO!

I'm not upset and I don't blame newjo in the least.

However, as I said on neow, this assoc should make some attempt in the future to capture limelight opportunities like this.

eg. Last years clean up, great job, 2-3 towns, truckloads, etc, but no publicity at all. :( We do these type of things for publicity, we should publicize them. :paul:

As Dan said, We can't tell them what to print. I know that the NEA was mentioned several times, as well as being told that the property was NEA property that was used by all the clubs of the NEA. That said it was nice to get some east coast coverage. It was even nicer to see a picture of my junk in print.... :D

Hi JP, Great job! My name is Paul Regish, a member of the New England Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs (www.nea4wd.org). We wanted to plug our name since the article you ran in XX edition JP magazine didn't mention that our association secured the private property you ran the feature on with one of our supporting clubs, New England Willys-Jeep Organization (www.newjo.org). It's worth mentioning that our members love the mag and we have our own Vern to pick on, keep it up! New England rocks!
Signed,
Paul Regish

Now someone that reads the mag and got volunteered can send it in.

I agree with Scott, I did NOT post this here to blame anyone just pointing out that they print what they want!!

PS. Is Rosco's last name spelt wrong in the article?

With all due respect, people please don't take this the wrong way. We did mention the NEA numerous times. But it wasn't an article on the NEA, it was an article on NEWJO.

Can't anyone find the good in things without pointing what isn't there? I was very happy to have a nationally recognized magazine show interest in NEWJO.

I'm not disappointed with NEWJO or you Dan, like you said you cannot control what is printed.

It was a NEWJO run on NEA land

I am disappointed with JP for not mentioning the NEA
