Do you have an NEA mailbox?

Postby JayZR2 » Wed Jun 06, 2007 7:52 pm

If so please clean it out and delete any unwanted/needed mail.

In regards to the amount of disk space we are using Rich sent me this email.

Hi Jason,

there is 128M in mailboxes.

I cleaned up the IIS logs. I would recommend putting the word out to people with mail boxes to clean up any unwanted mail including ones in the trash bin.

Steve should not receive disk space notices anymore for a while. NEA should consider upgrading your plan come renewal time. You are approaching the limit on bandwidth too. The site is very popular.

Thanks,

Rich

I think that I am one of the BIG offenders

I'll clean it up

BTW in the admin/mpd section of the forum (see below for link) are instructions on how to access the various mail boxes. The majority of the email address boxes for the NEA are being forwarded to people's home email. You can check this for the various email addresses here:

http://cp.nea4wd.org/

Instructions on the NEA email is here:

http://www.forum.nea4wd.org/viewtopic.php?t=797

Jay can you clean this up? If you don't get to it today I can do it tonight.

Please just delete everything for any email addresses that are being forwarded to a home email.

I'll clean mine tonight

Just as FYI...
If you run out of disk space in your hosting account (as you did), you will not be able to recieve any more mail in any nea4wd account. The reason is because you are out of disk space :)

If you forward emails from your nea account to your home account the original message will remain on the server. Sync with outlook to clean it up easier.

at step 6 we are POP3

mail.nea4wd.org

SMTP.nea4wd.org

I think thats the info you need for the rest of the fields.
