Steve, I guess I pay the extra money to NOT marry my sister.

Born and raised in the state, I will pay the extra $$ cause I like where I am. As for the government, they really should hire some "wicked edumacated" people..

Are they giving you a reason John? We had no problem incorporating FTR.

Maybe you're trying (or using) the wrong classification? We're a 501c7 I think.

My memory says 501(c)7 is a social club. That is all you can be. The NEA4WDC is a 501(c)4 becuase of what we do. It stinks my knowledge is only NH. I know that is MA you will have to do an report every year. It used to caost $20 and you listed your current officers. That I have done before for NE4WI.

Steve: Look for the new Federal Form 990-N in fiscal/calendar 2008. Everyone will have to file it, even sub 25K's, and yes it must be done electroncally.

I'm currently helping John through PM's.

I have been fliling the paper version since 2005. The electronic version should be less work for me. It is nice to have proper financail statements to pull the data from.

there should be no problem if I substitute our VP's title as Director?
