Delegate meeting 8/25 LOCATION CHANGED!!!!

Postby JayZR2 » Fri Aug 03, 2007 3:57 pm

Hi all since Scott is getting some well deserved R&R, Steve talked to BC from VT Jeeps and the meeting is going to be at the Ludlow VT Library.
Tammy found the address is
88 Main St
Ludlow VT
Pretty sure the time is 10 -2 like usual. I encourage everyone to send a rep since this is our last meeting to work out details for fall crawl.

CORRECTION!!!!!

This location was not able to be booked, the new location is Field and Forest in Hancock NH

I am also awaiting an e-mail from Brian with specific directions. He wanted me to pass along that the library is having a book sale that day.
