Surprise - Scott Appreciation Party - Pictures

Postby maxhome » Sat Jan 26, 2008 11:36 pm

Well, Scott Appreciation Night was held late this afternoon at the Boston Billiards Club in Nashua, NH.
Scott was very surprised - didn't have a clue.

Thanks to the organizers of this event - it went off with out a hitch.
I'm not sure just who organized the whole thing but I know at least Tammy was involved.

This Billards Club is real nice, they had great food and we had a good turnout. Scott was presented with, among other things, a life-time membership in NE4WI and a Garmin GPS from the NEA4WDC (Now he's really going to get lost.)

Thanks to all involved. As Mark said, "It was good to get out."

Congratulations Scott and thanks for all your hard work over the past seven (or more) years with the NEA.

I'm sure others will be posting here soon.

Max
There were hard lines out there if you wanted them, and easy ones if you didn't. (Right Max )

I would like to thank everyone that came and helped organized the event. It was a great time and I really was surprised and it was great seeing everyone. I would also like to thank those that couldn't make it in body, I knew you were there in spirit. trust me, I could feel the appreciation from countless people :)

I am glad you had a good time and that we were able to keep this a surprise. We have been planning this since October-so that is pretty impressive that nobody slipped...lol I even passed out reminder flyers to people and discussed food options with Steve at the January meeting right under your nose...lol

Thank you to Vicki for helping me with getting you there and letting me know if you would be cool with the gift we got you. :D

It really was a genuine good time with good people and we had more than one person comment that we should do more of these as NEA Meet & Greets. It was cool to just hang out. Note to self: next time Paul says he wants to play ping pong-bring the oxygen mask.... FOR HIM! I have pics I'll post later.
