Until we do more research on setting up an "opt in" mailing group, I have committed to sending out mass emails at least monthly to the 4 Executive officers of each club and their delegate/alternate. This is at the request of some delegates who feel it will help get more information about events out to more people.

So to make my life a little easier, I need each club to let me know the screen names on here of the following

I'd like to be done with this by the 15th because that when I'm going send the emails every month.

The email will go out via the nea board. I need a screen name to associate with the email. It's not just going to be an email list.

with your permission I will set up a generic jonfund account with that email and the user name jonfundadmin to add to the group.

Just a bump and reminder,
If you want to be on this mailing list, or if you have people in your club that want to be added, they need to have a user name on this forum with the address field in their profile filled in.

The email goes directly from a user group here sent via the forum. It is not sent out through an independent mail program.
