Upload Manager?

Postby Paul » Wed Aug 06, 2008 11:26 am

Hi,

didn't know where to post this so I figured here would get attention.

I'm constantly emailing maps and files to anyone and their cousin that is asking for them. Can we get an upload manager for certain sections of the board? I know whe have the file cab but not everyone has access. I'm just thinking something to make map/file dissemination a bit easier.

If I could have posted that Gremlin Graveyard Map right there it would have saved us all a few days time/wait.

Not being able to attach files on this forum has been an issue for quite some time. I know we get a good deal through Rich, but maybe it's time to upgrade?

I've been using photobucket, easy and free

FWIW Paul that map should only be sent to 4 people; Jay, Bic, Mr. White, and me

And if it's not a photo and it's a word document, spreadsheet, or similar?

Or design pics of bridges that someone spent quite a bit of time working on. :paul:

Not being able to just upload attachments has been one of the major disadvantages of this forum. :( I know there are other ways to get it done. For instance, I just send my stuff to Jay and ask him to do it. Pretty soon I think I am going to have to start paying a fee though.
