That forum in general, is just ridiculous but it's crazy how quickly folks jump on the "earth raper" bandwagon in regards to offroad travel and completely dismiss any opinion to the contrary.

That said, renegades suck and will continue to tarnish the image of affiliated wheelers.

Indeed, only outlaws will own thrillcraft, too.

I showed the site to my wife and she was laughing and thought whichever one of us made it up was hilarious. I kept saying, this is not a joke - that is really what this guy would have others believe. Clubs are gangs, etc.

I literally made her stop using Burt's Bees products and she didn't believe me at first about how they used to be run and what they did to stop motorized sports.

That site has angered a TON of people...especially out West and on the desert racing boards I frequent as with their large tracts of open public land they are even more a target of groups like this...

At least they're not pretending to compromise...

Some may advocate for something less than a total ban. They may support reform or control thrillcraft use and abuses to minimize conflicts. But that is like saying one wants to reform slavery to make it more humane. You don?t act with humanity towards another by enslaving him or her, and you can not reform or regulate the thrillcraft assault because the activity itself is based upon inherently destructive behavior that often exhibits no respect for other people as well as the natural world. It also demonstrates a disrespect for some of America?s most cherished landscapes?our public lands. Thrillcraft users are demonstrating -destructive behavior just as someone who smokes in a public place is imposing their damaging habits upon everyone else.

... so we don't have to either?
