Google Earth Pro?

Postby Paul » Tue May 26, 2009 10:14 am

Anyone have it?
Anyone use it?
I was looking yesterday to upload Garmin Trax and waypoints and I guess I need GEP. They say it costs $400.
Worth it?

Currently I upload and print jpegs to Topo USA 6.0, pretty nice but I was looking for more.

Like I say, I tried but it won't let you. It says you need to upgrade to GEP.

Paul,
You should be able to upload GPS tracks on the Standard Google Earth. They recently upgraded standard so you don't need the Pro to do that. :?

I've uploaded tracks from my Garmin GPSMax 76CSX into the standard Google Earth recently. Try updating your standard version?

Paul you can use GPS Babel to convert your Garmin GDB's or GPX's to Google Earth KMZ's or KML's, it's free: http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/gpsbabel/
