Can't get the link to work.

But the one under 'General Business' does work. Go figure.

This one ends in '.rtf' while the other ends in '.doc'

Is it just me? Am I the only one?

Can anyone else make this link?

Nope its me, I had it in word rtf but the format was playing with the pics so I changed to a word doc....forgot to change this link, will do now
