FOUND: Jeep Rally Sign, in good working order.
Lucy has a nice crease in the hatch and my effed up rear bumper is more effed up, but my replacement custom bumper from e-bay tracking # shows it is on a truck for delivery today. My recently repaired front seat was broken again on impact. So I need a new exhaust (again), a new rear hatch and to replace my bumper with the one I ordered last week.
The other car - 2004 RAV4. My recovery shackle in the rear hitch connected with the RAV4's license plate. The police could not read the license plate and had to look at the rear of the vehicle. The other driver relocated that front license plate to an exhaust manifold.
My exhaust pipe punctured the plastic fascia between the grill and head light.
Both rav4 front fenders, hood, entire grill - toast. No air bag deployment.
The dude sent me flying through the stop sign about 15 ft. It was easy to see where the accident happened because it knocked about 200 lbs of farm soil off my rig and into the street, which was a bonus, because it absorbed most of his transmission fluid and coolant.
I have some lower back pain, but got a couple scripts for spasms brought on by minor swelling, described as typical and what is normal and expected in a rear end collision. I felt 10x better after my first doses of the meds. I'm ok, just missed one day of work.
Wheel on.
