Party on the NEA forum tonight.
Surprised our servers can handle it.

You didn't try posting, unlocking, or editing threads!
The time it took to try and do anything showed how overloaded the site was!

yeah, site definitely dropped a big ol' steamer on a few of us. She pulled through in the end though. I did get an error message a few times but paid no attention to what it was in my freak out. Cursing at the cursor doesn't work FYI.

I was watching it slow down as people logged in and starting click refresh feverishly at about 7:57. I'm curious to see what the bandwidth spiked to.

wow, that was crazy. I do suspect the server was overloaded as I got an error message and booted off at least once during the feeding frenzy!

Interesting that there is a huge amount of activity for trail sign-ups, but when the request goes out for volunteers - crickets. With all of the members of this organization I would expect to see more stepping up when a call goes out. To those few who do put their time and energy into this organization, your efforts are appreciated.
Apathy rules.

I was thinking the same thing last night.
I get a chuckle when I get the CGI or whatever and it says it "misbehaved". Bad server, bad bad server.
