Dear 2011 Fall Crawl Sponsors,

It is with deep regret that there was a major oversight in not sending out our 2011 Sponsor Appreciation Packets. Although we are completely staffed by volunteers, there is no excuse for our forgetfulness!

We certainly understand that in this economy we are extremely fortunate to receive any sort of event support and we do not take your donations to our events without sincere gratitude! Many of you have not only supported our events, but you have supported our organization and the 4WD community on a consistent basis for quite some time!

Please know that we have sponsored many of your ads on our main website and we are working to get the Appreciation Packets to you within the next couple of weeks! We are hopeful you will be able to forgive this oversight and continue to support our work in the future! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly!
