Orders for the 2012 NEA4WDC Calendar are now being accepted. The calendar will be March 2012-March2013. The cost is $20/calendar which includes shipping and a portion of the proceeds are being donated to the Land Acquisition Fund.

Payment must be received prior to your calendar being shipped. A bulk order will be placed upon the ordering deadline and calendars will be shipped at that time. The deadline for ordering is Wednesday, April 11, 2012. This will allow us to get the bulk rate for the calendars.
Payments may be made via check or money order to NEA4WDC, PO Box 4297 Manchester NH 03108 or via Paypal (donations@nea4wd.org) Please mark your payments 2012 Calendar and include your complete shipping address, including zip code!

Must payment be recieved before the ordering deadline? As written, it says payment must be recieved before the calendar is shipped. I assume the calendars will be ordered from the manufacturer at the ordering deadline and then shipped a week or two later?

As mentioned in the other thread I currently have 6 orders from OSJ including my own. My preference would be to avoid screwing around with shipping and just pick them up at the May meeting . . . which will conveniently be held less than a mile down the road from my house.

Orders must be placed by the deadline. Payment must be received before one will receive their calendar, be it carrier pigeon, snail mail, jet plane, etc. No payment...no product. I'm not going to chase people down for money.
If someone, such as Eric, wants to collect the calendars for their own club members, family, friends, etc. that is fine with me but once you have the calendars you become responsible for delivering them. And the payment policy still applies. Whoever you're taking the calendar for has to have paid in advance.

So we don't need to pay before the ordering deadline?

Sorry, I meant to respond to this last week. Yes, we were still contemplating the price but it is officially $20.

One of our guys told me he bought one through Jeremy's post on JeepForum. I assume this one is already counted in the 29.
