It is with a very saddened heart that we have to report that Baystate Jeepers has lost one of our members. Evelyn Howe of Gloucester MA drowned while trying to save a friend who fell into the ocean.

For those of you that knew Evelyn Howe, I just got off the phone with her brother. The services will be Thursday evening 4-8 p.m. at the Ross Funeral Home in Wrentham, MA; http://www.rjrossfuneralhomeinc.com/fh/home/home.cfm?&fh_id=11687

Funeral will be at the Congregational Church in Wrentham, MA on 1 East Street, at 10 a.m. Friday.

I read about that in the Gloucester paper yesterday... she was VERY brave. Did not know she was one of your members. My heartfelt condolences!
