Avatar photo?

Maximum dimensions allowed is 150 pixels x 150 pixels.
First step is to crop the image so that its square. Although not strictly necessary square images fit best. Next step is to resize so that width and height are 150 pixels or less. Photoshop has both the crop and resize functions. Paint 3D can also resize images.
