Below is the link to register on the main NEA website. It is simple....fill in the information and an account will be created for you.

A confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions for higher security clearance to view restricted areas of the NEA website.

Until I upgrade...you should get a confirmation email that instructs you to contact membership@nea4wd.org for a higher security access.
