Massachusetts GIS mapping program

Postby mike_belben » Tue Oct 16, 2007 2:48 am

shows everything that the state can possibly know about a piece of land, from wildlife management area to conversation to fish and game to watershed to historic society or state park. many cities have level II mapping, which shows actual parcel boundaries.

much more detailed than any program i have ever seen. insane zoom, very good at listing abandoned roads, also have topo views and many others.

first download "oliver" from the top left corner here
http://maps.massgis.state.ma.us/massgis ... /index.htm

then go to this page and use "parcel boundaries" view.
