This is an important way to help put OHV recreation on the map, these listening sessions have been full of anti access folks and OHV needs representation.

I sent a message to Jacodi and she hasn't heard anything about this....she is going to look into this 1st thing in the am and let me know i.e. what, if any, involvement the state may be taking with this

Tammy you attending? 5 hours may be a bit more than I can physically handle but I am sending a message that I am going to attend.....I was planning on going to Concord tomorrow anyways and speaking with Bill Gegas and dropping off the RTP Grant Contract

Tammy,
Resign-up on BRC`s web site for alerts if there is a problem please let me know. Sorry I didnt post it right away.
There has been short public notice on most of theses sessions and it seems calculated although the local anti access groups seem to have more notice.

I don't think I can attend on such short notice. I have quite a bit to do this week. :(

Just got off the phone with NH Trails Bureau....had to call and set up a meeting with Bill for the 2011 legislative session.....so typcial of the federal agencies where no invite was ever sent over to the state agency that manages trails on state and private lands within NH....hopefully though Bureau Chief Chris Gamache is going to attend

Scott texted me to say he is the only pro-motorized rep in a room of about 300ish people. Not good at all if anyone has ever been to these types of meetings...you know why! :?
Perhaps the motorized groups need to set-up one of these meetings through the BRC with the state reps and not tell the non-motorized/recreation people about it like they did to us. 8)

I am home and digesting a lot of the discussions that took place.....recreation wasn't THE topic but it was part of the discussion....I did steer the conversation more towards the main discussion in my listening group! No worries, I represented us in a positive light and didn't do anything to defame us.....although there were a couple of people I would like to have made props in my haunted house!

I will post a report after I take a couple of hours to relax so I am not in pain anymore
