Since it's a fundraiser, I'd say $50. ;)

It's all inclusive Mikey.

posted OSJ.

We may have a couple of people who are willing to volunteer to help.

since dinner and a shirt is $25, I would think it to be $25 less.

Just wondering, if we get a good response from all the postings and flyers, do we have other trail options for a large turn out.

I think a large turnout would be great, just would like to see things go smoothly. Especially if there is alot of snow and we have 20+ vehicles on the same class 6 road.

There will be 4 groups, 2 on Class VI roads and 2 at Wayne's World

the numbers should be 12 total in a group plus a trail leader

This is a fund raising event....while the funds haven't been allocated, I would like to see them go towards the NEA 4x4 Safety and Education trailer we will be getting with RTP monies.

On one hand people want to be able to buy/lease land in the future, on the other hand they dont want the NEA to come out a couple bucks ahead on fundraising.

Very confusing to me sometimes.

Just a quick note for anyone coming up to the run/dinner from MA or further South:

If anyone needs a place to stay the night before and/or the night of, you are more than welcome to crash at the Van Gemert home. We're probably ten minutes from the dinner hall. We've got plenty of floor space, pull out couch, another couch, and a twin bed we could throw together. Plenty of parking.

BTW I also have room - floor space and a couch

I have a question - we are posting above that people can show up the date of the run....how can they if we aren't posting the directions?

Vehicle on 33s with tow points OK for moderate? I don't have an issue with it for my group...

PostPosted: Sun Feb 07, 2010 9:28 am
by JayZR2
huh?

People can pay the day of, but they still need to register before. They can't just show up.

Scott, I think Quaker St. is good to go if you want something right out of the church. I looked and it doesn't seem to have any snomo tracks on it.

PostPosted: Sun Feb 07, 2010 10:58 am
by Scott Hatch
I wasn't planning on using it as the middle is a snomo trail.....

The routes I take are really going to depend on the snow depth we have the day of the event....but I am planning on ending in that area

My apologies for the pdf of the sign-up sheet on the website. It should've been posted as a Word document the first time. It is fixed now.

Also, it is posted on the flyer that "Notification of attendance is required." Attendance for just the dinner is a little more flexible since the addy is in the flyer.

An email will be coming to those already signed up in the next day or 2. We are waiting for any stragglers and last minute registrations.
Please note we are NOT meeting at the church in the morning, but at the Snow Run Meeting spot.

If you have not received the directions email Jay: spyderghel@comcast.net

or Scott: shatch@nea4wd.org

or call Scott 603-748-3948
