Hi!

We're excited about all of the plans that are underway for our 2nd annual event on August 10-12th. Participant registration has been online for just over one month, and we already have more than 300 Jeeps registered. We're off to a great start to surpass last year's success!
Jeep Club registration for the 2012 Festival is now available. If your club would like to have a free 10x20 booth, simply click here for our Vendor and Jeep Club registration page. You can also find this registration link on our web site under the Info/Get Involved page.
Spectator admission must be purchased by all members staffing the booth, and if you had a booth last year, keep in mind that locations may be different in 2012.
All Jeep Clubs must commit to providing a minimum of TWO QUALIFIED VOLUNTEERS ON SATURDAY and TWO QUALIFIED VOLUNTEERS ON SUNDAY to help on the Playground and On-Site Trails for one shift per day (approx 4 hours). You will be asked to provide the names of your volunteers during the Jeep Club registration.
Your volunteers will need to register through the online volunteer registration process and indicate that they are with your club. We need more volunteers in this area so please encourage more of your members to volunteer and take advantage of the volunteer benefits we are offering to them.

Don't miss this chance to promote your Club to thousands of Jeep enthusiasts. We hope to see you in August in the birthplace of the jeep!

About the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival
The Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival is organized by the Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau with support from the Butler County Historical Society, Butler Downtown, other local organizations and a group of committed volunteers and Jeep enthusiasts. Together, they are creating a signature annual event celebrating Butler, Pa.'s role as the birthplace of the jeep. The Festival will take place in Downtown Butler and at the Big Butler Fairgrounds along Route 422, just west of Butler.
The inaugural event in 2011 attracted more than 1,300 Jeep participants from 25 states. Festival activities were attended by more than 30,000 spectators. The Festival was awarded a Guinness World Record for the Longest Parade of Jeeps.
