2012 GAJR Club Booth Spaces

Hey everyone I wanted to start the process of getting clubs set up for booths at the Rally. The basic booth size will be free to clubs again this year, it is 15x25.I have a form that I am asking clubs to fill out so I can keep track of what clubs will be coming and who their contact is. Got a ton of things going on this year so every little thing to help keep me sorted out will be nice. (Could a mod attach it here?)

Also we are thinking of adding more of an educational aspect to the Rally this year. What we would like to do is have booths set up to teach / show various aspects of our sport. Things like proper trail gear, tread lightly, general parts of a Jeep and so on (open to ideas). To accomplish this I am hoping clubs will volunteer to set these up and man them. They can be in the same booth as your club or a separate one if you like. We can also arrange larger booth space if needed. (This can also be a way to attract people to your booth.)

I do have a feeler out for winch safety and Hi-Lift safety already but if anyone wants to be a back up for these that would be great.

In terms of the educational angle I have been slowly (very slowly) putting together a land use kiosk.

We are looking into having a booth. Rig safety has been a topic in our recent newsletters and would be a good subject to cover.

Wheeling for the Lost will be unable to attend as we had originally hoped to. :( I will be out of town the entire week and Brian will be a new daddy.
