There really is no FC link. I sent an email to all the delegates with info and the reg form which they were supposed to pass onto their forums or email to their clubs. I've been emailing people the form if they have trouble on a case by case basis.
I promise my mission for next year is a total user friendly revamp of the mess that is fc registration.

I didn't receive an e-mail and I can't view the link posted and I haven't been able to find the thread with sign up info.
