1We should keep off the ATV trail it is on state land
2We should keep out of the far right of the water hole. Post signs.
3We should use the bypass on dry land to the left keep out of the waterhole. We need to ask ourselfs want is more important keeping out of the water or maybe driving on the edge of waht could be the road?
I don't think WE should spend a dime on a survey We could be wrong and open a can of worms in court.

I'm going to do some more site analysis ASAP here on the road width from the stone wall just south of the mudhole and see where the measurement puts us.
A poll is a poll. The NEA said turn around we are working on a new statement. EC has driven the road end to end so have the locals.
This gives a lot of people a chance to vote on this issue lets see what we come up with.
Oh I get It it's a town road and unless it is gated, posted or blocked then it is open. It has been 3 years and the town and state still have no plans
to close it.
IF I have said it once to you, I've said it a thousand times. The status of the road is NOT in question, our concern is in regards to the environmental impact
c'mon, scott. it's all about me. not about the association, or working with diverse interests to find acceptable practices. i'm in it for my own interests, and to hell with the consequences.
