Exreme 4x4
Posted: Tue Mar 11, 2008 4:37 pmI'm not sure if anyone else saw this but, I thought it was a good episode. Hopefully it will help educate some of the locusts.
Last weekend Extreme 4x4 did an episode where instead of airing only the wrenching and riding part of 4 wheeling, Jessie and Ian spent more time showing "how it?s done right, with the environment in mind!"
Some of the subjects touched on were Proper driving/OHV basics and Winching & Recovery.
Most notably they focused on things like trial manors, responsible wheeling, staying on trails, following posted signs and rules, and picking up trash "if you take it into the trail take it out."
They also pointed out getting more involved by joining local clubs and nation organizations specifically mentioning United 4-Wheel drive Association and Blue Ribbon Coalition.
For those that missed the episode, I found it available for Download $1.99 ~ Toyota Mini Truck revisit ? Trail Tips March 09, 2008 (XT2008-10)
