How would you like to have a brand new Viair 450P-A air compressor kit for just $10?! You could, if yours is the winning ticket.

Jonfund presents the latest Land Fund Lucky Chance Drawing with a prize of a brand new Viair 450P-A. This is a $400 value and your chance to win is as little as $10 for a lucky chance drawing ticket.

Only 100 tickets will be sold so your chance of winning is a 1/100, and even better if you buy more than one.

Tickets are available online only, click here to purchase your tickets via PayPal. So get your tickets now and help the Land Fund, and maybe yourself too!

The drawing will take place on December 15th, or earlier if tickets sell out.

Standard features of the 450P-A include:

Mikey, click a different state and if you win we'll confirm your correct address anyway if we have to ship it.

Other people told me you were full of hot air and wouldn't need it, so Maine got left off the drop down menu.

Mikey, address is corrected on our spread sheet and the drop downs will be added for all 50 states, Guam and Puerto Rico - unless it breaks the page script.
AND THANK YOU EVERYONE!

This thing should crank! Just add an air tank. No, I have not tried it out, but the spec sheet is fantastic for a portable compressor.

The drawing was done last night, the winner was notified via e-mail. An announcement will follow...

FYI - we covered our first mortgage payment which will most likely be due in January, depending on our actual closing date - which depends on a DCR ranger's inspection.

Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket with JonFund and cross posted to your respective forums. Our club's bylaws clearly state our purpose is to control private property and also to help other clubs gain access to private property. That being said, we are going to be doing our best to work with other clubs and allow them to share access with us. The property is shaping up to be a great place to wheel, about the size of MaBell. As things pan out and development continues, we might be able to open up our other private properties for easier access.

Our new property management corporation will eventually be overseeing the process.

A very special thanks to those organizations within the NEA4WD that have contacted me already about donations. Let's continue to work together in 2010 and get the ball rolling when JonFund has had enough time to put solid plans together for your access. (Which will be after we plan on how our own club will be able to access the new property - lol)

DCR ranger inspection? Did you buy the land or lease access to DCR lands? Just curious....

They have to inspect land where roads and trails are installed for compliance to the permits issued. You mean you're not getting your trails inspected by the state to make sure they are in compliance with your federally regulated Notice of Intent and all that happy horseshit?

jk - but I'm not.

There was a logging co with non-transferable permits. Their work needs to be inspected and approved by the DCR ranger assigned to the case. FTR, yes it is a painintheass and yes we will have to continue this kind of permitting process. We will have to relocate stuff, and want to, away from wet areas.

This is balls to the wall purchase, btw - no lease.
