DId you mean BALLOT?

Actually it won't, legislation is introduced at the beginning of the year's legislative session, then it goes through various committees, then it is voted on in either the state house or senate (depending on where it was introduced, then goes to the other side (house or senate) to be voted upon, and if its still alive it goes before the State Governor to sign into law or veto.
