Attached is the form we are asking every club / organization to fill out that wishes to have a spot at the Jeep Rally. This helps us keep everything straight so we don't forget to leave a space for anyone.

There is no charge for clubs and non-profit groups.

Correct. Insurance does not like rigs moving through the crowds and we had one driver nearly have a heart attack a few years ago when a small child ran out in front of him. The kid was about 10 feet from him and the driver was going really slow but it still freaked him a bit so for everyone's safety we keep all rigs parked.

If you want to come by Friday though (and pound a few stakes) I am sure we can get you on the rocks.

Josh do you have a fence steak pounder thingy? I have one you can borrow for the event if you dont... Sorry to go all techy on you there....

I do not but was planning on making one or getting one. Extra's are always nice too though.
