First you get a Tax ID number from the IRS. Once you have the number then file for incorporation with the State of NH. Firts you have to take the incopration papers to the town hall of the town you are going to incorporate in. The town will put its seal on the papers. The town might want a fee for doing this. Then you send the incorporation papers to Concord. If no other company has that name or a similar name then you get approval from Concord. Of course you should have a set of bylaws. These are not required to incorporate. You will need to list your officers on the incoporation papers. You club will be listed by the IRS as a 501 (C)9. This a non-profit social club.
