All that information IS available publicly or for free elsewhere. Though not necessarily all collated nicely. But having it all at hand in an easily accessible format might be worth the $100

Look up NH DOT maps. Can get every town map and shows class 6s
Down the bottom, town book maps.

Looks like it could be a copy of Exploring NH Map 6 maps. I have access to that map and it’s pretty useful, but only as good as the user input.
